The two principals Doug Bayliff and Ronnie Faulkner, have been working together since 1978. They have earned a solid reputation for building a quality semi-custom home with many amenities at a reasonable price.
The company at the present time is concentrating it’s efforts in the Memphis suburbs of Oakland and Lakeland. Each with it’s own superior school system and small town atmosphere making them two of the most desirable areas to live and raise a family. Both towns are located conveniently located off I-40 and a short distance to Memphis’ biggest mall, stores and restaurants.
Over the years, we at Hallmark have established a solid niche in the move up market. Our homes range in size from 2,600 to 4000 heated square feet heated with 3 and 4 car garages and priced in the high $400’s to $700,000.
